You talk to Claude in plain English; it does the technical work. Use the recommended path to change or rebuild anything; the quick path below is there if you only need a wording tweak.
The simplest full-power option: download the Claude app, open the project folder, and talk to it. No GitHub, nothing to learn. Change any text, re-render the videos, regenerate the PDFs — all by chatting.
ai_toolkit folder, and paste:Text changes work the moment you open the folder. The first time you ask for a new video or PDF, Claude installs the build tools on your computer (you just click approve) — on a locked-down work laptop that one step may need IT. Everything Claude needs is spelled out in the brief.
The cloud version installs nothing on your computer — but it opens projects from a GitHub repo, so it needs a one-time GitHub connect. Make a free GitHub account, in claude.ai/code click Connect GitHub → Authorize, then open the project repo (private — Omer adds you as a collaborator). Then paste the same first message.
For text only — no app, no GitHub: open a chat at claude.ai, upload the small source zip (81 KB), ask for the change, then download the edited file and open it. A plain chat can't render a new video or PDF — use one of the Claude Code options above for that.
